Our Network of Providers Includes:

Elevate Providers possess full or associate licenses or certifications in their professional field to provide services.

  • Our team of therapists comprises licensed and experienced psychological associates/licensed psychologists (LPA, LP), licensed marriage and family therapists (LMFT), licensed clinical social workers (LCSW), licensed mental health counselors (LCMHC), or licensed professional counselors/licensed clinical mental health counselor (LPC/LCMHC). All our providers hold licenses or provisional licenses issued by state boards governing their field of practice.
  • Our Spiritual Guidance Professionals hold certifications, ordinations, and/or degrees in religious studies and are trained, licensed, and experienced. They include Pastors, Priests, Clergy, Ministers, Intuitive Guides, Imams, and Spiritual Mediums.
  • All our Yoga Instructors are certified professionals.
  • Our team of Personal Trainers comprises certified professionals.

Requirements

  • Therapist: Active license or associate-level license issued by a State Board to provide therapy (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LCAS, LPC, LCPC, PsyD, or the associate level of such credentials).
  • Ordained Ministers, Pastors, and Intuitive Guides with license or certification number
  • Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer
  • Carry professional liability insurance.
  • Experience in therapy, spiritual guidance and support, yoga, and personal training for adults, couples, families, children, and/or adolescents
  • Reliable internet connection
  • A professional work environment
  • US citizen
